The US women’s tennis team are aiming for a sixth Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, but there’s a lot to be said for the world of tennis.
After the men’s women’s doubles final last night, Serena Williams was asked about what she thought of their performance.
She said: “I think, you know, I think it was a very good performance, and I think we should try to do better in the future.”
However, when it came to her Olympic dreams, she didn’t hold back.
“I don’t know what to say, I don’t really have anything else to say,” she said.
“I think it’s really good to go back to where we were at the beginning of the year.”
We won the Australian Open, and we beat them in the semi-finals, so I think, yeah, we’ve got a good start to the year.
“We have a lot of momentum going into the Rio Olympics, and it’s important that we keep building on it.

And I’m really happy for [Nadal], because I know how good he is, and to have a guy like that at the top, who knows what it takes to win tournaments, it makes you want to keep going.

It’s very hard to see [at the end of the day], I’m not really a big fan of clay,” he said.

We asked Serena about that.
“Oh, sure, I’m definitely going to watch that,” she replied.
“We’ll see how things go.
I think he’ll be great, because I think if we can keep winning, he’ll probably be better than me.”
